With over 26 years of law enforcement experience, I believe strongly in servant leadership and recognize the importance of mentorship in the workplace. I currently serve as a Police Lieutenant, overseeing three patrol teams and our Traffic Division. I hold a bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice Management and a master's degree in Law Enforcement and Public Safety Leadership from the University of San Diego. I am a mother to two teenage daughters, enjoy traveling with my family, and exploring new cultures and food.
