Russell Reynolds Associates

Rhaz Calixto specializes in client advisory services across healthcare and consumer industries, specializing in the development of effective leaders and transformative organizations. Based in California, she brings experience in leadership and team development, C-suite succession planning, strategy decode, and organizational transformation within executive leadership realms.

Since joining Russell Reynolds, Rhaz has spearheaded numerous global assessment, team effectiveness, strategy decode, and organizational transformation initiatives, driving success across projects of varying scales.

Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Rhaz played a pivotal role in the hospitality industry, most notably during the launch of the Four Seasons Resort and Residences Napa Valley. In this capacity, she assumed various interim Director and Management roles, overseeing development phases and leading comprehensive management and faculty trainings. Her career in hospitality also includes significant contributions in marketing roles. 

Earlier in her career, Rhaz demonstrated her entrepreneurial spirit by supporting the founders in launching a nonprofit youth fitness program within prominent Southern California school districts. Her commitment to leadership and youth development is further exemplified by her seven-year tenure as Director of two international youth dance organizations.
