At Databricks, he serves as a sales technical advisor for manufacturing customers, helping executives modernize their data foundations and operationalize AI at scale on the Lakehouse platform.
Previously, Prasanna was a Senior Solutions Architect at Amazon Web Services, where he acted as a Generative AI subject matter expert, guiding customers from early ideation through prototyping and production deployment of AI solutions. In that role, he helped organizations think through cost models, ROI, and monetization strategies for GenAI initiatives, ensuring that technical designs were tightly aligned with business value.
He also brings deep hands-on expertise in big data engineering, distributed machine learning with Spark, real-time streaming architectures, and serverless technologies, and has contributed to an open-source project. Prasanna holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Instrumentation and has completed multiple industry-recognized cloud and machine learning certifications. He is passionate about making AI adoption practical and responsible, and enjoys mentoring teams on turning complex data problems into measurable business outcomes.
