Nichola “Nicki” Todd is a senior technology and product executive with nearly three decades of experience leading large-scale digital transformation across financial services, real estate, healthcare, and manufacturing. She currently serves as Senior Vice President of Technology at First American, where she leads technology and product delivery for the Lender and Sentinels divisions, partnering closely with business, compliance, and enterprise engineering leaders to modernize platforms, strengthen governance, and responsibly scale innovation.

Throughout her career, she has guided organizations through complex initiatives including cloud and data modernization, enterprise ERP transformations, mergers and acquisitions, and the launch of new digital platforms. She is recognized for her servant-leadership approach—building trust through transparency, empowering teams through coaching, and fostering inclusive cultures grounded in accountability and ethics.

A graduate of Gonzaga University and a globally certified Gallup Strengths Coach, Nichola brings a practitioner’s perspective on aligning emerging technologies with organizational values. As an Advisor to the University of San Francisco School of Management’s Strategic AI Program, she focuses on the responsible and ethical application of AI, emphasizing governance, human-centered design, and long-term value creation.
