Mariana Venter is the SVP of Financial Systems and AI Engineering at Experian, operating within Global Finance Services and reporting to the GFS CFO. A lifelong technologist who wrote her first application at age 15, Mariana has built a career at the intersection of finance, engineering, and enterprise-scale transformation.

Before joining Experian, she worked at Deloitte UK implementing Hyperion financial systems for global clients. At Experian, she oversees an estate of more than 35 financial applications, the organization’s finance data lake, and the delivery of production-grade AI solutions. Most recently, her team has deployed AI applications that support Finance with month-end close and drive significant productivity improvements across the function. She is recognized for her strategic, technically minded leadership and her ability to drive innovation across complex financial and AI ecosystems.
