Head of Servers, High Power Compute & AI in Global Operations EngineeringHPEMarcos Lederman leads the Compute, HPC & AI team in Global Operations Engineering at Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE). HPE is the global edge-to-cloud company helping businesses connect, protect, analyze, and act on all their data and applications wherever they live, from edge to cloud, so they can turn insights into outcomes. Marcos’ team enables the introduction into the marketplace of new server solutions ranging from Cray supercomputers to entry level servers enabling, among others, the deployment of Large Language Models, Training and Inferencing solutions.
Prior to HPE, Marcos held senior leadership positions in engineering and in operations at Western Digital and Lumentum. His focus has been the intersection between R&D and operations with the purpose of introducing new products that are Designed for Success while meeting the needs of the marketplace. Marcos holds a PhD & MS in Physics from UCLA, and a BS in physics from Ecole Supérieure de Physique et Chimie Industrielles de la ville de Paris. He takes great pride in mentoring individuals and help them navigate their journey through the complexities of new technologies. |
