At Freshpet, she is dedicated to enriching the lives of Pet Parents by leading a dynamic Consumer Care organization that prioritizes service, responsiveness, and team engagement. Her leadership is defined by a strategic, results-driven approach and a commitment to fostering a collaborative, high-performance work environment.
In her global role at Freshpet, Lisa oversees Consumer Care operations across the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and France. She also serves as a core member of Freshpet’s Crisis Management Team, where she contributes her extensive expertise to high-impact, enterprise-level decisions. With over 40 years of experience in Consumer Affairs, Lisa has held numerous leadership positions, building a deep well of industry knowledge and managerial acumen. Originally from Chicago and now based in California, she maintains a strong presence at Freshpet’s New Jersey and Pennsylvania offices, reflecting her dedication to the organization and its mission. Beyond her responsibilities at Freshpet, Lisa is an influential figure in the broader consumer affairs community. She served on the Board of Directors of the Society of Consumer Affairs Professionals (SOCAP) International for ten years, including three as Chairman of the Board. Additionally, she currently serves as Chair of the Public Relations Committee for the Pet Food Institute, based in Washington DC, and recently joined the Communications Workstream for GAPFA (Global Alliance of Pet Food Association), based in Brussels. Belgium, underscoring her ongoing commitment to advancing industry standards and advocacy. |
