He is a leader and specialist in cybersecurity, technology operations, systems engineering, and risk management. His industry credentials include stints at Paramount, Meta / Facebook, and Capital One, where he advised on AI / ML adoption and change management. Additionally, Jeff has consulted independently and with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) for over a decade, serving leading, name-brand organizations and technical products. Jeff is a Certified Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) from Quantic School of Business and Technology; he also holds multiple bachelor's degrees in Information Security & Risk Analysis plus Information Sciences & Technology from Penn State University.
