Hannah Bollar is a technology executive and entrepreneur with extensive experience building and leading engineering teams at the intersection of graphics, AI, and simulation. She began her career at NVIDIA and Pixar before transitioning to senior leadership roles at VR and AI-for-CAD startups, gaining firsthand experience founding companies and scaling technical teams.

​Currently at Pasteur Labs, Hannah drives technical strategy for simulation intelligence platforms tackling complex challenges in industrial R&D and energy security. A University of Pennsylvania graduate in Computer Graphics and Game Technology, her experience navigating technical leadership in male-dominated fields and building teams from the ground up positions her to provide strategic guidance to women leaders advancing in technology and executive roles.
