With over 25 years of experience in sales and business development across the US, Asia, and Europe, Caspar's global experience provides him with a unique perspective on how cultural nuances influence business practices and technology adoption. By leveraging his extensive knowledge of technology solutions and industry trends, Caspar helps clients navigate the complexities of digital transformation, enabling them to remain competitive in a rapidly evolving landscape.

Prior to Microsoft, Caspar held leadership roles in sales and business development at SMS Assist, Kenshoo (now Skai), Oracle, SAP, and Fidelity Information Services. He successfully led cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects across various industries, including Energy, Financial Services, and Retail & Consumer Goods. 

Caspar holds a Master of Science in Quantitative General Economics and a Bachelor’s in Econometrics. He is committed to continuous learning and professional development.
