Currently serving as the Director of Product Management, CRM and MarTech at Sephora, she leads a team of product managers focused on building data-driven solutions that enhance client interactions across digital channels, mobile apps, and in-store experiences.
Before joining Sephora, Bridget held leadership roles in Ad Tech, Mar Tech, and media measurement industries, including consulting for leading firms and agencies including Mediabrands, Nielsen, Personica, Adentro and TransUnion. At Nielsen, she managed a global product portfolio, driving revenue growth and product enhancements. Her expertise in Lean Six Sigma, business process improvement, and strategic consulting has been instrumental in the success of numerous products and initiatives. Recognized for her ability to navigate ambiguity and deliver impactful solutions, Bridget holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Fairfield University and has received multiple industry accolades, including the OMMA Rising Star Award. |
