Honored to serve as the County-Clerk Recorder/Registrar of Voters for the County of Nevada with over 16 years of experience in the field; I’ve been deeply committed to protecting and strengthening democracy through my work in election administration. I lead and oversee all aspects of election operations, from voter registration and ballot creation to voting system security and vote tallying. With multiple certifications, including California Registered Election Official, Certified Elections/Registration Administrator, and Credentialed California County Senior Executive, I am dedicated to upholding the integrity, accessibility, and security of the electoral process.

With a Master of Public Administration from the University of the Pacific – McGeorge School of Law, I’ve strengthened my expertise in public policy, governance, and leadership, skills I actively apply to create impactful solutions in both education and election administration.

Beyond my professional roles, I am driven by a passion for voter access, civic engagement, and educational equity. I serve on boards and committees that advocate for the Hispanic community, striving to create opportunities and amplify the voices of those who have long been underrepresented.
